EXCHANGE
Clients may exchange sunglasses or frames within 7 days of delivery.
This is subject to the condition that products remain unused, with original tags and luxury packaging intact. Any signs of use, missing tags, or opened packaging will void the exchange eligibility.

Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery date.
Unused Condition
Product must be completely unused, no scratches, marks, or alterations.
Original Packaging
All original tags, cases, cloth, and luxury packaging must be intact.
Invoice Required
Original tax invoice from Semona Optical must be presented for exchange.

Cancellations beyond this window will not be accepted unless initiated by Semona Optical due to internal logistical reasons. Once the 24-hour period has passed, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed for dispatch.

If an exchange is made for a product of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Instead, a Credit Note will be issued for the difference amount. Similarly, if no product is selected at the time of exchange, a full-amount credit note will be provided for use at any future time.
