SUNGLASSES
We are pleased to offer an exchange facility on all sunglasses and frames within 7 days from the date of delivery.
This is provided they remain unused and are accompanied by the original tags and luxury packaging. Please mention the reason for exchange along with the invoice prior to shipping the product back to us.
7-Day Window
Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date, no exceptions.
Unused Condition
Product must be completely unused — no wear marks, scratches, or adjustments made.
Original Packaging
All original tags, branded case, cleaning cloth, and luxury packaging must be intact.
Invoice Required
Original Semona Optical tax invoice must be shared prior to initiating the exchange shipment.

For any exchange, you may select another piece from our online store or visit our Patna flagship in person.
If the new selection is priced lower than the original, the price difference will not be refunded in cash. Instead, a Credit Note will be issued for the difference amount — redeemable at any future date.

CUSTOM
Once bespoke optical lenses are crafted to your prescription, they cannot be returned.
However, we can fit them into a different frame with the same technical parameters if required. Spectacle frames, once fitted with lenses, cannot be exchanged or returned — the combination becomes a bespoke product unique to your vision.

Prescription lenses are crafted exclusively for each client's vision parameters. Once fabricated, these cannot be returned under any circumstances. Fitted spectacle frames are similarly final.

CONTACT LENS
Contact lenses may be exchanged in the event of a power change within 3 months of purchase.
This is valid only if the box remains completely unopened and in its original sealed condition. We do not accept any returns if the seal has been tampered with or the box opened in any way — hygiene standards are non-negotiable for contact lens products.

Box must be fully sealed, tamper-free, and in original condition for exchange eligibility.

We do not accept returns of contact lenses if the outer seal has been tampered with or the box opened. This policy is strictly upheld to protect the hygiene and safety of every client.
